These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Makers on Stream at https://makersonstream.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Makers on Stream helps makers and craft streamers share profiles and schedules, and helps viewers discover creators, follow favorites, and browse calendars. Features may change over time as we improve the platform.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

3. Creator responsibilities

If you use a creator account, you agree that:

  • Your profile content (bio, images, schedule entries) is yours to share and does not infringe others' rights.
  • You will not post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
  • You grant us a limited license to display your public profile and schedule on the service.
  • You may connect Twitch or YouTube only for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

4. Third-party platforms

Twitch and YouTube are operated by third parties. Connecting an account is optional and subject to their terms and policies. We provide read-only schedule sync and are not responsible for outages, API changes, or actions taken by those platforms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without permission.
  • Scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the service for spam, fraud, or illegal activity.
  • Circumvent security or rate limits.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, branding, and software are owned by Makers on Stream or its licensors. Creator names, logos, and stream content remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate schedule sync, or that streams will occur as listed. Use the service at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Makers on Stream and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. Sections that should survive termination (disclaimers, limitations, governing terms) will remain in effect.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including data from connected Twitch and YouTube accounts.
